1. Introduction
Welcome to McKeon Web Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
McKeon Web Solutions offers website design, development, and hosting services. Additional services may include domain registration, branding, content creation, and ongoing maintenance. Specific service details will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials, in a timely manner. If clients do not have branding or content, McKeon Web Solutions can create it for them as part of the service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any materials provided to McKeon Web Solutions.
Clients must review and approve work within agreed timelines. Delays in feedback may result in project delays.
4. Payments & Pricing
Pricing will be outlined in client agreements.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final product, business closures, or changes in client circumstances.
5. Revisions & Changes
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in their agreement.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of the agreement may incur extra charges.
Requests for major changes after project completion will be treated as a new service and billed accordingly.
6. Hosting & Domain Services
If McKeon Web Solutions provides hosting, uptime and security measures will be taken to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for unexpected downtime, cyberattacks, data loss, or third-party hosting failures.
Domains registered through us remain the property of the client, but renewal and maintenance are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party domain registrars or hosting providers.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the rights to their website and content unless otherwise stated.
McKeon Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
We do not take responsibility for any legal issues arising from the use of client-provided content.
8. Liability & Warranties
McKeon Web Solutions is not liable for any damages, losses, business disruptions, legal disputes, security breaches, or financial losses resulting from the use of our services.
We provide services “as is” and make no warranties regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
We are not responsible for losses due to cyberattacks, hacking, server failures, or any external interference.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, visitor numbers) but will work to industry standards.
Clients assume full responsibility for the security, maintenance, and compliance of their website and online presence.
9. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless McKeon Web Solutions, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from their use of our services.
10. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
No refunds will be provided upon termination, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If termination occurs after work has begun, clients remain liable for any outstanding payments.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet outages.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
